Rhino53
There is one thing I've always wanted to do. Back in my yuff when in the RAF in Germany, I painted a Herc with a huge beer barrel hanging out of the open cargo doors refuelling? rebeering? a Bloodhound missile which went up on the Malcolm club wall. I would love to do an updated version of that with a BC-130K or BC-130J with 2 nice big beer barrels on the outer pylons. If I was to go the whole hog (stay with me here, the hog reference is important), I could do a BC-130 rebeering a couple of Middle Eastern aircraft. Now that's a diorama to consider. How about 1 Kuwait F-18 and a Saudi Tornado or even a Saudi Eurofighter. Edited October 28, 2007 by Rhino53

Icchan
Finally put together a pic of a USAF Thunderbirds YF-23. Tis such a shame it was let go, it makes such a beautiful demonstrator.
LemonJello
Well on my workbench is a HV-22H Osprey, USCG, and I also have plans for an USCG marked EH-101. Some day, I'm going to have one of these as well, a V-22 in Coast Guard white/orange. Also, to go along side my A-10W, I'd like to take a stab at another Marine CAS A-10, this time with a hook and wing folds, probably in the high vis grey over white paint scheme (I know there's a version of it that's been done, and as soon as I saw it, I wanted one for my collection), or maybe in the WWII Atlantic scheme? Also, just about any airframe looks good in MARPAT.
superhornet1015
I think I'm going to do my SR-75 Penetrator in the USCG markings as a what if. :o superhornet1015

I'm trying to imagine the T-birds being able to do all that acrobatic stuff with planes that big. Most of my little plastic air force is "What if..." to some extent. Being a writer, I somehow seem to craft a story behind every plane, every chopper. Most of them having nothing to do with anything that really happened in history. jb
Rhino53
Are you talking about painting the refueling pods under the wings as kegs? The original idea was to have the rear cargo door open and a giant beer keg on the ramp, but the 2 kegs on a pylon would work as well. I'm thinking about whose Herc would be involved. Omani? Even though they're considered to be a moderate Muslim nation with a mix of based on English common law and Islamic law, I can't see that happening.
