What if Schemes

Recommended Posts

flankers, hmm. iranian scheme too.
Or even the new Iranian camo!

Been there, done that boys! :worship:

OK, last WhIfs of the weekend folks...

IRIAF Su-27

Current rumors are of the Su-30. I don't know enough about the Flanker family (isn't the -30 a two-seater?), but it doesn't matter as I couldn't find a good drawing for a -30 anyway. But if anyone's interested, it's not a quantum leap taking this scheme from a -27 to a -30

Just wanted to see what a Flanker would look like in Cuban colors.

Great Flankers!! when are you going to do Tomcats? captured by Iraq, RAF (treble one? ), RN, Australia, Israel, and of course the USMC. it was rumored that the IRIAF gave a Tomcat to the Soviets, Iran also briefly considered selling them to the Saudis after the revolution but before the Iran-Iraq war.i even had a bit of a far fetched idea of a Iran Cat defecting east to afghanistan, which leaves tons of camoflauge/marking ideas.

Thank you so much!! i couldn't decide between a treble one Tomcat or Flanker (any opinions?)... don't know if this great profile makes the choice easier or not!! (i WAS leaning toward the Cat...) its looks incredible Richard, thank you for taking the time!

You are most welcome!

Thanks

Richard.

Nice Flankers Jason and Zactoman!

I'll try and get my interpretations of the Israeli and Iranian Flankers up as soon as I get a spare 5 minutes! Plus I may do a couple of Egyptian ones in the awesome 70's and 80's MiG-21 schemes! :D

Cheers

Richard.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the compliment. Sorry about posting the Egyptian Flanker, I didn't see your post before doing it. Besides, I am sure you will favor us with something that will make me regret posting mine in the first place!

Cheers

Jason

Great stuff guys!

I'm in agreement with Richard in that more is better. I have no problem with more than one of us doing the same schemes.

Unfortunately I've been too busy lately to do any new ones...

I actually ordered a Trumpeter J-10 only recently to be eventually finished in Egyptian colours.
