Britaholic
Hi, I'm looking for 1/32 scale Soviet aircraft from WW2, so far I have the Trumpeter Mig-3, Aeropoxy Yak-3, Montex Yak-ib, SH I-16, and have an IL-2 on order. Both Craftworks and Combat models list an La-5/7, the former is well outside my budget but the latter could be a goer, however I have two questions, Are Combat Models still in business ? and has anyone built their La-5/7. Floggerman
Last update on webpage is from April 08... It's a strange company, they make ad at regular intervals, if you contact them, you don't hear anything for month... I've ordered a plane and a sub, delivery took 4 month... It's a pity as they have very interesting stuff. But it's not shake-the-box kit; just basic parts (vacu) and some resin. requires a LOT of work and research. It's a garage-one-man company, I guess. Britaholic
I did wonder about that, I found their site but as you say it has not been updated for a long time and is not exactly packed with info on what their products look like or what is included. I took it that the website was "dead", I will have to try the direct approach and e mail them. But if anyone has built any of their kits please let me know what you think.
