burcin76
hi gentleman, does anybody knows why modelling companies do not make a 1/48 scale uh-60 jayhawk kit ? or does anyone know any possible 48 scale future kits of this beutiful chopper ?
HeavyArty
Its probably not in 1/48 scale since it isn't really that popular of a subject. We just now got a 1/72 kit of it. It can be built nicely in 1/48 scale though. The best bet is to go with the Italeri 1/48 HH-60H model and the Cobra Company HH-60J Conversion Set. Then get the Fireball Modelworks HH-60J Decals for it. Both Cobra Company and Fireball Modelworks make great products. I have used many of them and highly recommend them. Here are some pics to go by: Armed MH-60J HH-60J w/interior pics HH-60J Or you could go for a heavy scratch/conversion in 1/35.... petebuilt
Never fails, as soon as I buy all of the after-market stuff, a new kit of that subject comes out. Pete Brown
