sniperUK
A very pleasant and worthwhile visit to the Irish Air Corps base at Casement Airfield,Baldonnal yesterday, renewed contacts with Mick Whelan the IACs historian . The visit covered the museum and all the sections even had a look inside the presidential G4. The new AW 139 helicopters are amazing and as Ireland are the first military customer for it they are being allowed to name it and it sounds like it will be called the (Irish) Wolfhound, one of them was only deliverd on Friday . This is the 139 delivered on Friday

MickeyThickey
Must say, I dig the Gardae -135. Shame all the gear underneath it is so tricky to scratchbuild.

My Dad's Little Boy
The Irish Air Corps is getting nearly as big as the RAF! (or is it the RAF is getting nearly as small as the IAC?) Great pictures. Thanks for posting. Jeff
