leverancier
My first "in progress" on this site :) If things go well, I have Tamiya's F-14D, F-16CJ and F-15E, and an Academy F-18D next. This is the nice box I found a few weeks ago at a LHS: They had a nice IDS version to, but I allways liked the RAF colours better. I was really surprised when I oppened the box, the quality is excellent. This is my progress so far: Paragon seats: I was thinking of putting a complete resin pit, but the difference with the stock cockpit is just to small. As far as I can see so far, the fit and detail is really unRevell-like good. Thanks for looking

Aggressor Supporter
If this looks anything like that boxart, this should be a great build! If things go well, I have Tamiya's F-14D, F-16CJ and F-15E, and an Academy F-18D next. Sounds like a full plate ahead of you.
Gary West
Early stages I know but your seats look great

leverancier
The seats don't seem to come off right in the pics I've posted, they should be grey.... Anyway, next progress report: Fuselage , no putty needed, wooho This is what I will be putting under the wings: I was going to put these tanks too, but they are just too big and ugly: I'm going to use the 1500L tanks instead. Canopy after the first future-dip: I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do with the line in the middle of the canopy...Looks like detonation cord, but what color should it be?
T0M4ever
Looks like a light grey of some kind.

Alpagueur
FANTASTIC JOB SIR! I really love the RAF Tornados and I suggest you to (re)try to install the 'Hindenburg' tanks rather than the standard ones, they will make that GR.1 really impressive!! regards, Luca
Marcel111
Looks Great! Seats are fantastic. Funny, I was just this weekend considering doing a Tornado ECR. Canot find the Revell kit anywhere though.
leverancier
Question: Revell says the wheelbays should be light grey, but I can only find pics of white wheelbays... So, white or grey?
TaiidanTomcat
This modeler used white. I Think they are white from most of the pictures i have searched, but none of these showed looking UP into the wheel bay. Even light grey isnt a bad choice because well bays get DIRTY and "white" is simply what they used to look like. Excellent job on tail...i thought that was paint i had to do a triple take. Excellent Camo too.
T0M4ever
The wheelbays are definitely white.
