GearDownPlease
Hi folks, I've been searching on the net for drawings of Airbus A318/319/320/321 wing structure, actually something that shows the placement of the ribs in the wings , horizontal stabilizers and fin. It doesn't need to be dimensionally accurate, I just need the overall location as soon as the number of ribs is correct. Anyone got that? Thanks in advance!

Hi Steven, These are pretty good cutaway illustrations of the A320. Googled "A320 cutaway" and there they were. Hope they help, Take care, Frank Edited April 23, 2009 by oldHooker

I'd say Frank's find of the cutaways is going to be your best bet. I worked on the A32x series wings at Vought Nashville for a couple of years (in addition to the A330/340 series), and Airbus keeps a pretty tight handle on those drawings. 'Bout all I can say is that the Flight Global drawing is numerically correct WRT the number of ribs in the wing box. :(
GearDownPlease
Thank you guys, I already got the Flight A320 cutaway drawing Frank supplied, since it is said to be accurate (ribs and spars number) I'll work on this one. Thanks again!
