So I have an Eduard Stuka on 1/144 of course , and will use it on these another litte project. That is a Ju 87D-3 from NSGr 9. In the book JV44 The Galland Circus, the pic is from Innsbruck-Hotting May 1-5 1945... Lucas Posted August 5, 2009 Author Share Posted August 5, 2009 With good informations on hands, is time to work I´m going to star to the funny part, the barn, so today I draw a little plans on Corel Draw and starts to build. I make some strips from 1/32 scrap balsa, and with ciano, started the construction. Lucas Posted August 5, 2009 Author Share Posted August 5, 2009 The tiles I made with a a help of my friend Reducino, with aluminum foil for cooking and some needles. I just glued the needles side by side and then press the foil to ge the "corrugated" format. The result looks good. On the outside I paint on rust, and Inside with withe aluminum. Lucas Posted September 13, 2009 Author Share Posted September 13, 2009 Morning guys, Today I started the build, not too much work, I´m without inspiration today The kit is an Eduard J-87D - #4416 The kit tree: And here the fuselage, the canopy is closed, so any interior details are on the kit. So I open it with an Dremel and some sandpaper: With a plasticard (0.5mm) I did the cockpit floor and add the panel, the seat are from dentist resin, and the rear seat are from plasticard too. Wings glued and eelevators too, add the PE airbrakes and elevator struts... Undersides painted... Camo masking, with tamiya tape, Painting, Gunze paints, and Testors AZTEC airbrush..
