Flankerman
My scratchbuild of the new Sukhoi T-50 PAK FA is finished..... I had a few disasters - I dropped it and the port wing fell off The painting isn't the best I have ever done..... and I got a little fed up with it towards the end Anyway, here it is..... The undersides... Topsides... The yellow 'primer' areas are a combination of painting and painted clear decal film.... Ken
Flankerman
Some more..... The TVC nozzles are modified from the Revell cans..... I think I have got the main gear legs a bit too long..... Here it is next to a Su-30MKI for comparison.... .....and my crude attempt at photoshoping.... The 'In Progress' thread is here Ken

GreyGhost
That's fantastic ! Especially when you consider how fast you've done it and with so few references available at the moment ... Nice Job, Ken ! Gregg
IrishGreek
You criticize yourself on this build? Amazing! It's awesome. Will time show that you got something 'off', well maybe, but for what's available now and how quickly completed (I have to agree with Ghost), Fantastic! I hope to have a fraction of your skill one day. BTW, what color do you use for that 'primer' area? Edited April 26, 2010 by IrishGreek
loftycomfort
Ken, That looks very good. With the exception of the slightly too long main gears, the model looks spot on to my untrained eyes. Now you can brag to be the first one on the block to own a PAK FA model while the rest of us will still have to wait for years for ours. Cheers, Terry
Flankerman
Good work, Ken!!! But intakes looks too wide for me!? What you think? Sergei, I did say not to look too closely......... I agree with you though - I'll get it right next time....... Ken
haneto
Nothing but only to my eternal Flanker Godfather... The colour is just spot on,Ken! You really have a very sharp sense for colour. Congrats! Yufei
Skii
Excellent work Ken, I particularly like the finishing around the cockpit frame. No mean feat to scratchbuild this aircraft and get it to look so 'right'.

Berkut
Awesome Ken! Inaccuracies or not, you are probably the first kid on the block (read: earth) with a model of PAK-FA. Not counting Pogosyan's own desk model. As usual, you are the best scratchbuilder i have seen on net.
