What colors did you use for that? I have used the Tamiya Polyester Putty with zimmerit coating. The color is a very dark grey. Best regards, Simone.

THX1138
Weathering is a bit too splotchy in some places, but that's just me because in every other way this build is amazing. I understand it's difficult to get it 100%, but you have got it at 99.999999%. The top is stunningly good, bottom is perhaps where I see the splotchy stuff a bit too much. Depends on the angle. It doesn't ruin the look of the model at all. Fantastic job. :o
josh1813
Awesome build, I think the weathering looks more realistic than on the 1:1..... :D
geedubelyer
This is a remarkable job. I'm in awe of the weathering. You really seem to have captured the look of the F-14. Bravo!! I'd be very happy to achieve something anywhere close to this effect when I finish mine.

Question for you, have you seen this jet in person or any Tomcat for that matter? How do you know it's too splotchy? Great job again Simone! Mike
VFA-103guy
This has got to be THE BEST 1/48 Hasegawa F-14 I have ever seen built. The weathering is 100% spot on, and the use of colors is just amazing. Great job!
Honza K.
I can see some little not so nice things, but this is one of the TOP 3 cats I ever seen. Congrats! Maybe I will buy HB kit for some speed build. Thank you for inspiration.
