Flankerman
I've been burning the midnight oil trying to get these three models finished for a model show - tomorrow. They still need a bit of 'tweaking' - but I thought I'd share them with you. They're all 1:144 scale (not my preferred scale, but no-one makes them in 1:72.... ) First off the Anigrand Alekseyev Lun (Hen Harrier) ....... I have completely replaced the three missile launch 'boxes' - they are totally inaccurate in the kit. I also added a scratch-built missile in one of the tubes. Second, the Revell Alekseyev A-90 'Orlyonok' (Sea Eagle)....... On this one I've re-modelled the front end - reduced the size of the intakes and re-shaped the cockpit - it improves the look tremendously..... Finally, the Anigrand Bartini 14M1P - straight from the box.... Not really a 'proper' ekranoplan - but an interesting design. Ken
Albert Moore
Those are some very eclectic builds, Ken. Masterfully built as always (as are the display bases). Cheers, Alby
