mrblujet
Nice job with the model. That Korean Air livery looks good on an A380.
kyuhyong
Some build up pictures follow... I tried to make the model more vibrant by painting the seats with different colors per section although it is not exact match to real Korean air interior. In Korean air, most of the seats are covered with light blue or white colors. Here are some picture taken inside the real Korean air A380 Followings are the electric wires inside the fuselage. My initial plan was to put all the electronics including switches, power regulators, batteries are embedded on the bottom side of the cabin. Silver color sprayed inside the fuselage for preventing led lights being emitted through thin plastics. Now every lights are fully assembled and tested. This picture shows how led lights are connected inside the cabin floor. 330 ohm chip resistors are used to prevent excessive currents being flow through led. More pictures to be continue... kyuhyong
Wings and bodies assembled. You can see the huge gap between left and right fuselage parts. I'm not sure if this is caused by my mistake or not. So I have to apply lots of putty and expoxies to fill up the gap. And there's even more gap in the bottom section of the fuselage where landing gears attached. Now its almost ready to to color. After many days of grinding and sand papering the gap I finally can apply surfacer. This time I used Mr.White Surfacer 1000. Some gaps are not filled and found after applying surfacer.
