There is an ex-Vietnamese Northrop F-5E Tiger II in the Polish Aviation Museum at Krakow....

It came from the Soviet Union - so it might be the same one...???

not necessarily via the Soviet Union...

...there is also one F-5 in Prague aviation museum ....the Tiger came in the early 1980 directly from the Vietnam (perhaps in exchange for one of L-39 that were being delivered to the Vietnam at the same time)

...so it seems quite a few F-5s got into different countries of former WarPact directly from the Vietnam

That is the F5 from Topgun. Some may not know this but Viper defected with the F5 to the USSR when Hollywood would not give him top billing in the movie Topgun. Tom Cruise received all the glory and well now you know the rest of the story

Interesting pictures, I had seem the Vampire one before but the F-5s are new to me. Im guessing the F-5s came via Vietnam?

Funny, I'm the opposite case as you, being familiar with the F-5 but not of the Vampire. I had heard of an F-4 sighted at Zhukhovsky, but never saw photos. 'Til now.

Well, I've read somewhere (WAPJ or IAPR) that the F-4 and Mirage are just some wooden mock ups.

F-4 and Mirage

I don't know about the Mirage but the F-4 seems a little "funny" to me ...

The nose looks stubby for even a short-nosed Phantom and the tail fin seems to tall ...

Efrain may be right about them being wooden mock-ups ...

Not only is it not an M-50 (its an M-4), it is also not at Khodynka - it is at Zhukovsky.
