I have both- an Iwata Revolution Cr and an Aztec a470. I havent used the Aztec once since I got the Iwata. Iwata all the way.
-
Ditto- I absolutely love my Iwata- so easy to use and clean. Best money I ever spent.
-
I have had an A470 for approx 4 years, but started to get a bit fed up with it. I recently bought an Iwata Revolution Cr, it is cheaper than the Aztek, but it is a fantastic piese of kit- I have now got a new found love of airbrushing as the Iwata is so easy to use.

Hi Frank- great builds- love the Marines car. Love those old Chargers- everytime I see one it reminds me of the General Lee.
-
Hi Mat, looking good so far. Hope you put up some pics of the g-2 when you do it.
-
I like your Phantom- very nice indeed.
-
I see Hannants still have it listed as a future release. I wonder how much it will be going for, as I reckon I will have to get myself one. Looks very good from first impressions

The TBF/TBM Avenger from Italeri. The accurate miniatures kit reboxed at half the price. Eduard F6F series. Tamiya P-51D Tamiya F4U Corsairs

Beautiful- you are doing a great job on this. I might be tempted to get myself one, although I have never been a fan of anything French. That could change.

A small update on the Typhoon. Have filled in the mould flaw behind the second access panel. I had a bit of a disaster whilst installing the canards. The locator pins where quite short and the holding plug doesnt fit very well. Whilst trying to extend it i broke off the pin. So, I cut off the other pin on the other canard and drilled a hole in both and inserted a metal pin to go through both sides of the fuselage. This will enable me to move the canards at the same time. I have installed the cockpit and joined both halves of the fuselage. There is quite a seam so I will have to fill the

Probably similar in size to the JU-88 box. That is one big box.
-
I think they might have based a lot of their research on the existing Revell 1/48. In the Revell kit their is a mould flaw on both sides of the fuselage- it lools like a panel line, behind the second access panel. I can see this is evident on the Trumpeter kit as a panel line.

Looking at the cockpit- the panel on the lower left hand side of the IP is completely wrong- they are showing 2 simultaneous rows of switches- the real one has one 3 or 4 switches on that panel. Check out this pic:- http://www.airforce-technology.com/project...00/ef20006.html and you will see what I mean.

It is actually light grey- as I said the photography came out poorly- has seriously darkened the grey down. Here is another shot.
