Looking to buy a me 262 in 48 scale. Anyone know which kit is best as there are many different manufactures.

I am working on the Academy F-14A and I bought the Aires cockpit set for it. The cockpit has beautiful detail and especially on the sides of the cockpit. However you have to cut the panels on the upper front quater on the sides of the fuselage on the model. But I can't find any pics of these panels opened up so I can get an idea how to paint them. There are lots of wires and gadgets in there and are really well produced by Aries. I would just like to ask if anyone has any pics of this. It would be a great help to me.

I jsut bought the Academy Mig 29A from my local hobby store. On the front of the box it states " Markings for Germany and the former Soviet Air Force ". However when I opened the box the decals are for Germany and Iraq ? Where are the Soviet markings ? I emailed the company and seem to be getting the run around. I really wanted to build it as a Soviet jet. Anyone else have this problem ?

I am working on one of the aircraft ( f-16 ) that took part in the raid on the Iraq reactor in 1981. The jets carried 2 - 2000 lb bombs and 2 - sidewinders. I have the bombs finished but I am working on the sidewinders. My question is do anybody have a pic of the sidewinders that were used then. Not sure if they are all white or white and a metal color at the head. Please help ?

I have the Acadamy F-14 48th scale and would like to do the Maverick and Goose jet from the movie, Anybody know if the decals are available for this jet ?
