  1. Yeah I went to the link! and the release date is.......... February ends next week. Oh I see, I guess I talked about something that was already discussed. Lord knows we can't do that hear in the "DISCUSSION FORUMS"!!!!! Please forgive me
  2. OK February is coming to and end. Who thinks they meant February 2008 raise your hands!
  3. Well Jeff, The wording would be no smaller than stenciling on a 1/32nd jet. I myself can read that wording pretty well. The problem would be getting it in a yellow that is opaque. Does Kinkos have something that will print yellow that will show up over the blue? If thats the case then I'm heading to kinkos.
  4. Could someone direct me to where I could get (custom made of course) 1/350 F-4J Blue Angels decals made. Mike Grant isn't taking special orders now, and I don't really know of anyone else that could make them decent. Thanks!
  5. The real reason is that thew F/A-18 has a center control stick, and the G-suit can inadvertently move the stick when it inflates. The F-16 of course doesn't have this problem with the side stick controller. Also the F-16 is capable of pulling more G's than the F/A-18, which is another reason the USAF turned it down back in the 70's.
  6. Does anyone know if there has ever been a decal sheet for a 1/48th F-84F Thunderbirds jet. I think Superscale did have a 1/72 sheet at one time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  7. Does anyone have any references on the F-105B cockpit? I'm doing the 64 thunderbirds and can't find a picture anywhere. Does anyone know if any companies are planning to do a B cockpit (cutting edge)? Also if anyone has pictures of the 64 thunderbird thuds and would share them I would really appreciate it. :D
  8. I never use any filler on mine. If you file the fuselage and wing carefully it will match up perfect. :P
  9. The Hasegawa is good, just make sure you get one with the featherless nozzels (if thats what you are going to make. Unless you want to find a set of the cutting edge nozzles. I've recently purchased and academy kit and it looks pretty good in the box but I haven't tried to fit it up yet. At least it does have the featherless nozzels. They aren't perfect, but oh well. I would really like to see revell do a re-tool on the F-15C on par with their E kit. That would be AWESOME!!!!
  10. Thanks Man, thats exactly what I was looking for!
  11. Does anyone have any references on OIF loadouts for VMFA-251? Any help would be great! :D
  12. If your talking about the ones on the back no. You can buy them from Afterburner Decals, and I think someone makes them as vinyl stickers. I just cut mine out of thin sheet plastic.
  13. Thanks Guys, It always seems that I end up with a concave (i guess thats right) surface, and when I add more I can never get it flat. Any more advice on how to do that would be great.
  14. Is it best to use white glue or future to replicate the glass over instruments. Also what is the best method to apply. I seem to never be able to get a good flat clear surface and I've tried both. Thanks!!!!!!
  15. Thanks a lot Richy now we all feel totally inadequate That is the best I've ever seen. :)
